CFM Lower Engine Torque Mount '00-11 Focus
The factory mount does an excellent job of isolating the chassis from engine vibrations. Unfortunately, the soft rubber bushings used to accomplish this are less than ideal for aggressive driving and even worse as horsepower levels are increased. They allow excessive drivetrain movement and instability which is undesirable for any performance application. You can now eliminate all of these problems with a CFM Performance lower engine torque mount. This mount features a strong body made from billet aluminum anodized in black and equipped with one-piece polyurethane bushings. This mount can handle some serious abuse and then some!
This product fits the following models: ST170/SVT/Duratec/SPI/Zetec
Features:
- One piece bushings
- Large frame for better bushing support
- Large bushing on transmission side decreases vibration
- Billet construction
- Anodized for lasting looks
- Available with RACE bushings
Manufacturer: CFM Performance
Manufacturer Part No: Jun-00

Bought a used SVT focus recently, with 138k on the odometer, the OEM mounts were all bad. Replaced the driver and passenger ones with OEM. But it still wasn't how I liked it, especially WOT from 3rd into 4th, there was a noticeable buck/movement/delay from the bad rear dogbone OEM mount being too old and tired. Just replaced today myself, which was super easy, instructions are also included with CFM! First drive, and WOW no rocking of the engine in any gear, it just goes, no delay through shifts. And no added vibration in the cabin that I noticed. I did get the street version. A++++

I bought my SVT focus with 70k miles, when i test drove it i noticed the torque mount was already in bad shape. I purchased the CFM race lower engine mount and i cannot believe how much more firm my engine feels when i step on it hard. No more KICK that the OEM mount used to give, i can now shift in peace without having to worry about that upcoming kick that my other mount used to give me. Thank you CFM for this quality part. As far as vibrations.... i dont really notice any extra vibration inside or in the stearing wheel. it actually doesn't vibrate as much as before. Maybe because the bushings on my old mount were already ripped up.

No More Engine Wobble!

I had this rear lower engine mount installed last week at my local Ford dealership. As my car aged it suffered from engine wobble and also strange and scary noises if I made quick or hard shifts at high RPM`s. Although I have yet to shift really hard, during normal driving the car feels quicker, more stable and sportier. I don`t really like the engine vibrations or additional road noise. However, after driving with this mount for one week, I am getting used to it. Now, I cannot wait to drive my car everyday!

I was skeptical at first but after installing this product on my 2008 ford focus coupe I must say this has made a huge improvment as I'm running the FSWerks stageII turbo kit on an ATX. Shift's smoothly now.

I love this mount, replaced my VF engineering mount with this (racebushing) because it got torqued pretty bad and broke. This piece has been very reliable for the past year with all the beating it has received.
