CFM Cat Pipe for '02-04 SVT Focus

Note: This will be using an oval converter. The converter itself will be oem grade rated for the 50 states with the required EPA stampings. The converter used is a higher grade converter with more precious metals design to create less pollution, which is the reason for the higher cost.

CFM Performance SVT Focus cat pipes use MagnaFlow/CarSound catalytic converters which are designed for optimal flow. The converters feature a stainless steel body and a stainless steel heat shield. They contain a flow-efficient ceramic catalyst ribbed body for strength and funnel inlet and outlet for smooth exhaust flow.

This is a direct bolt-on part. Our round catalytic converter version similar to this has shown to make 6hp and 8lb/ft of torque at the wheels. one can expect similar results.

Stainless Power !!!!

Very good product, good quality welds. The original catalyst on ST170 consists of two catalysts : very expensive (€ 1800 - $ 2.314 with installation). This catalyst is well protected in his shield. Installation is very good, no adjustment is to be made. Everything is perfectly aligned! Aesthetically it is beautiful, and after a few uses, it is a beautiful color. The relocation of the rear O2 sensor is not a problem. The relocation of the O2 sensor before are a problem: with the original sensor, wires are too short! It lacks 10mm (0.4''). Relocation on the driver's side would be better. Missing thermal protection on the elbow up to protect the oil filter and pipes admissions. For the moment no pollution test, I make a check in two years when mandatory control, but the MIL does not light-on, so no problem! The sound is deeper than 3 000 r / min and fuel economy.

this cat is hard to find for svt, these people are awsome the cat bolted right up to my headers and flex pipe took 20 min to put on sounds great, the gaskets are a little on the high side that i got also put well worth the money i tell you its going to save me tons and tons of money on gas my old one that was shot spending 80$ every 4 days. so thanks C.F.M a bunch for have a part that i could not find no where in town for OEM and ford wanted 2200$.... thanks a bunch... ill be sending focus fans your way thumbs up.... 5 STARRS

Replaced a different Hi-Flo Cat to pass NJ Inspection. Two new MC O2's and this Cat it went right thru. Perfect fit and nice tone. Worth the $$$$. Thanks CFM Levi
