The heart and soul of each suspension package is the Stiffy Engine Torque Damper, which maximizes the engine's power and torque, while minimizing torque shock and deflection. This goes a long way in reducing "torque steer" and "wheel-hop", which kills performance handling and drivetrain components. Included in the Stiffytm kit is the damper, brackets, mounting hardware, and complete installation instructions. Dramatically improves off the line acceleration. Minumizes wheel hop. Greatly improves vehicle stability. Relieves shock loads on driveline components compared to straps and chains. Reduces shock loads when tires lose and regain traction during drifting.
